Terms of Service, Cancellations, and Refund Policy
Welcome to our platform. By registering for our events, workshops, retreats, or coaching programs, you agree to the following terms and financial policies:
1. Event Ticketing & Registration Policies
Our refund and cancellation policies vary dynamically depending on the type of event format:
Virtual & Online Events: All registration fees and ticket sales for virtual speed dating, online mixers, and digital workshops are 100% non-refundable and non-transferable.
In-Person Socials & Special Events: Tickets for live mixers, speed dating, and special community gatherings are refundable or transferable to a future event up to 7 calendar days (1 week) prior to the scheduled event date. Within 7 days of the event, all ticket sales become final and non-refundable.
Community Retreats: Due to advanced venue booking commitments, camping and community retreats are subject to the specific cancellation schedules outlined clearly on the individual event registration landing page.
2. Coaching & Matchmaking Services
Service Agreements: All professional 1-on-1 coaching packages, group coaching programs, and boutique matchmaking services require a signed, legally binding digital contract prior to the processing of initial onboarding fees.
Cancellations & Rescheduling: Active coaching clients must provide at least 24 hours' advance notice to reschedule a one-on-one session. Sessions missed without notice are forfeited.
Refunds: Retainers and completed service milestones are non-refundable to account for administrative labor and strategic onboarding, as strictly detailed in your specific client agreement.
3. Customer Support & Dispute Resolution
If you need to request a ticket transfer, reschedule a session, or inquire about your account billing, please contact our administrative team directly before initiating any external steps. We resolve all inquiries promptly:
