  • Harassment

  • Catfishing

  • Breakups

4. No Background Check Guarantee (unless in their tier)

Even if Holy Nation Matchmaking performs checks, we cannot guarantee:

  • Full accuracy

  • Future behavior

  • Omission of sealed or expunged records

Client acknowledges this is a Christian matchmaking service and agrees that:

TERMS OF SERVICE

2️⃣ Service Description

Holy Nation Matchmaking provides:

  • Introductions

  • Coaching

  • Pastoral guidance

  • Vetting (tier-dependent)

3️⃣ Client Conduct Agreement

Client must:

  • Be honest

  • Show up to introductions

  • Treat matches respectfully

  • Avoid explicit behavior

  • Avoid sharing inappropriate content

  • Respect our staff and spiritual leaders

4️⃣ Non-Disclosure

Clients may not:

  • Expose matches on social media

  • Share private details

  • Share photos without permission

5️⃣ Right to Refuse Service

Holy Nation Matchmaking may decline or discontinue service if:

  • Client is dishonest

  • Client is unsafe

  • Client violates Christian values

  • Client behaves abusively

6️⃣ Dispute Resolution

All disputes must be:

  • Attempted via mediation

  • Settled in Holy Nation Matchmaking’s state jurisdiction

7️⃣ No Guarantee Clause

Holy Nation Matchmaking does not guarantee:

  • A match

  • A relationship

  • Marriage

  • Compatibility

  • Results from coaching
